This past Sunday Brian and I went for a mtb ride before work. We started out at Quarry Park. I was feeling pretty good about my skills, ha. I was able to follow Brian, who is one of the best technical riders I know, on most of the sections...sweet. We road to the the top of the lookout. The trail is about handlebar width wide, enclosed by cables on both sides. On the way down I was watching which way Brian was going to go at the bottom. Well I drifted to the right and caught the cable, which through me into the left cable and it was a yard sale after that. Surprisingly I wasn't hurt, just wish Brian had a camera, I looked like a pretzel. So much for riding smooth, it was downhill after that.
Once at work we had a customer come in complaining of squeaky disc brakes. Ugh, if a brake makes a noise people freak out. Anyway, I heard if you bake your pads in the oven you can release the crap on the pads that may be causing the squeak. Not having a oven at work we threw them on the Pizazz!
Last night was the Monday Night MTB Ride. Finally, a great night. Not having consistent weather we only had 6 of us but enough to have a great time. I took the Pugsley out for the very first time and loved it! New bikes are great. I think I should get one every month or so, ok Jen? I will post bike pics later.
Enough...later.

At first I thought you were working on your Halloween Costume (the aluminum foil on the Pizaz sort of looks like some cool glasses for an alien in an old 50's classic sci-fi "The day the earth stood still"), but after reading it was only work related...
not OK
