Technology Kicks My Ass.

So we decided to get new personla phones for work. We ended up going with the BlackBerry from Verizon. So far I have to say it's pretty sweet, but the damn thing can do so much. I am still trying to figure out how to text. I got the important stuff down like updating Facebook. Give me a year and I will get it all figured out...just in time to get a new phone and start all over again. Maybe I will buy Taylor some gin and he can give me a tutorial!

Last night was the wine tasting gala at the Veranda. Instead of paying $45 to drink water and whatever the cost of a babysitter I stayed home with the kids. Jen didn't get home till 11:30 or so...I was out cold so not sure on the exact time, she sent me a text at 11:15 (see she figured out her new phone). I haven't gotten a report yet so I don't know if it was good or not. I am assuming since she was there for 4+ hours it was a pretty good time. She'll be a treat this morning.

I had planned to go running this morning with Zoe. I know I shouldn't run but what the hell, I only do it for a month or so. The rain has halted this idea. I don't mind running in the rain, actually enjoy it, but cleaning Zoe up afterwards sucks. So next time, maybe.

I gave in with not turning the heat on this morning. I don't feel it's too cold but the the temp reads 60 to I bumped it up to 65 to get the chill out. Ah, I love fall.
