Trail Work.

Last night I opted out of the Tuesday Night Ride to do some trail work with others of the Mid MN Cycling Club, MMCC.  This time around we tackled Plum Creek...it needed some loving.  With 12 (a record) workers we were able to tame the grass and cut back the canopy.  I'm always impressed at how fast the grass can grow.  The section I was mowing was mid chest in spots!

Not only was the grass out of control but the mosquitoes were in abundance.  Hoping beyond hope that I don't get a flat this weekend at the Chequamegon 100!

The past two days were off days.  Heading out shortly on the road bike for a few hours.  Excited to spin the legs and unwind.

Next week the TNR is leaving the shop at 4:30 for the Summer Solstice Century Ride.

Later.
