New Plan.

Initially when I found out that I broke a bone in my hand and it would be casted and maybe pinned (find out Tuesday) I was bummed.  I said screw it an attacked my kids Halloween candy and any other bad for me food.
But I made a plan.  Have a few day pity party and start over on Monday doing what I could do.  So today I'm back on a healthy diet, which we already have, and finding things I can do.  So the trainer and running and I will become fast friends...or so I hope.

Ahh the joys...
