Glad I was able to get out yesterday morning. Today appears to be a rain day. I got a solid 3 hours on the road bike in. Nothing special, pretty much out to the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge and back. Some good roads out that way. Nice and flat too! But there was the east wind to deal with.
It was great to get back to work. My anxiety was expected...unnecessary. I just jumped back in and found my groove.
I ended up switching shifts on Friday so looks like I'll be able to get a morning ride in. Bummed on the rain, otherwise I think it would be time to get the mountain bike out. Soon.
Saturday I work as well but a ride is planned at 6 am if interested.
