Since I've been back I've worked everyday, today is number 9. However, today is only 4 hours! Which means I'm finally going to get back on the bike! I'm pretty excited to push some pedals. No plan, just riding. Good stuff for sure.
Saturday I have off and we had plans to be in the Cities area but that has changed. More riding on tap! Thinking some gravel would be a good idea.
Slowly I'll work myself back into shape. A couple weeks off was good for me. But it's time to get back at it. Enough of the gym.
