It's been an uneventful week. Just some resting and getting things back to normal.
A quick shakedown:
Monday: race
Tuesday: drive home
Wednesday: gym (elliptical, stretch, and sauna) then work
Thursday: gym (spin and stretch), work.
Friday: unpacked the bike and gear from the race then work
Saturday: work
Sunday: no work! Meeting up with a bunch of dudes for a 4 hour fat bike ride! New snow has me excited to be back on the bike.
I feel good, minus the head cold I feel coming on. Glad I chilled this week. Next week I will start back at it. Nothing crazy at first, just finding the routine again...both with food and riding...I'm ready!
