Misc...like you care.

Yesterday:
Hit the gym for an hour in the morning. Shoulders and back.
Rode the trainer for an hour at night...after eating my Fat Tuesday treat (DQ Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard).
Today:
Classic ski 2.5 hours. Hip flexors are still a bit sore but not too bad. Conditions were ok. I skied the Prison System. The North Loop has a lot of red oak leaves and other garbage in the track. Parts of orchard and most of the dog loop are blown in. I didn't ski Hill Top as the range in "live" on Tues. and Wed. I ended up doing 2 half laps on the North Loop, 1 lap on the dog loop, 1 full lap on Orchard and a lot of back and forth through the actual orchard section. That is my favorite section anyway and the tracks were great there.
After work tonight I hope to sneak off to the gym for a bit of lifting, core work, and sauna time.

The sun is shining nicely! I really have the itch to get out on the bike! I need to get a few more Pugsley rides in on snowmobile trails before they disappear or are just too soft.

I'm not too sure what the weather has been like in Des Moines the past month, so I don't know what to expect for road conditions. I will do some investigative work the next week to figure out which bike and tires to run for the CIRREM on the 27th.
