Maybe I'll squeeze in a Pugsley ride later tonight.
I started to track my food calorie intake today. More out of curiosity but also I would like to not be stuck at 190 lbs either! I make my own granola and love it, little did I realize it has, on average, 597 calories per cup! Yeah, I probably have 1000 calories for breakfast. I will still do this but only on days when I am heading out the door for a long bike, ski, or something.
