Weighed in this morning and am back to where I was before Thanksgiving. Back on track I guess.
What to do today? I think I may take today off...but then again, maybe not. I'm trying to not go to the gym as much. It's perfect for the days I work 9-5 and drop Brinna off at school. I still get an hour to hour and a half work out in. I think my plan is to go to work, wax my skis, work, come home, hang with the family, snowshoe if time allows, go to bed, wake up, go skiing, and go to work.
Plans with kids, work, wife, dog, etc are made to be destroyed...I'm still trying to accept that and roll with the punches.
