Almost Here...

...warmer weather and the iPhone for Verizon. I want both.

With the warmer weather comes group rides. This Sunday, 1:00 at Rev, we roll out on cyclocross style bikes or whatever your choosing. Like Gilligan and the Skipper this should be about a 3 hour tour. Be warned, however, that big Jim is coming and that can change, just like Gilligan and the Skipper...we just don't have Mary Ann or Ginger, (I'm a Mary Ann type myself...anyway, moving on).
Pavement, gravel, and ice can and should be expected. Haul ass speed expected too, ha jk...too early for that. Soon enough I will be drooling out the corners of my mouth but not yet! Call me at the shop with questions...but really what is there to question?

Maybe my sanity. My plan this morning is to run 45-60 minutes on a treadmill. Say what?! Not sure why but I kind of like it. Maybe it's because if I do it once a week it's seemingly pain free. So come stand by me in about an hour if you want a BD sweat shower. Good times, man, good times.
