Another Demo.

Whoa...it's sunny out and I'm free to ride!  Saweet!  Planning on heading out on the road bike this morning for a few hours.  Then it's home to get ready for the Kid's Apple Duathlon this afternoon.  I'm the on hand mechanic.  It's a pretty fun event.  Come check it out!  Cannondale will be there with their Demo Truck too.  Also, the Felt Demo Fleet will be at Elm Creek this Sunday!  A weekend of Demo riding.  (Bring pedals and helmet...a credit card too, usually)

Really hoping to get a lot of riding in this weekend as well, but the weather and home project may have other ideas.  Just gonna have to see what happens.

Next week I'm doing a "big" training block.  Hope to get a lot of riding in.
Tuesday: group ride.
Wednesday: recovery but long.
Thursday: Long ride with Mike.
Friday: Duluth MTBing!  All day!
Saturday: Recovery, short.
Sunday: TBD, but most likely 3-4 hours...or more.

note: I'm a solo rider for the most part...just saying.
