Spending a couple days at the hospital has given me some extra time to think...not always a good thing! I am surprised at how fast the days have been going by while spending most of it in one room. But back to my thinking.
I have off till Friday and originally planned to get "all kinds of stuff" done at home...once we get home. But it's already Tuesday and won't get home till tomorrow sometime. Hospitals tend to move in slow motion so I'm sure not till the afternoon.
Most of my stuff was outside projects: Till and start the garde;. Clean up and put new wood trim around the natural grass area bordering the alley; Also cleaning up, spread black dirt, and seed the area around our newly finished patio. But hard rains are predicted...figures. Go with the flow.
Of course I have been scheming on how and when I can either get to the gym or out for a ride! I've been doing a lot of blog surfing and getting reports on the recently finished Trans Iowa v8. Really has me wanting to jump on my Fargo and go, go, go. Probably should hold off for a bit!
I am betting I could finagle others to cover for me at work on May 19th so I can do the Almanzo events. Still not 100% if that is what I should or want to do. Gonna give it some more time, but damn it's not too far off.
Harper is awesome but miss Brinna and Avery. Excited to be back at home and start the process of building up a routine again.
Kind of giving this week a "anything goes" attitude as it relates to food and exercise. Next week I hope to be back at it on both accounts.
I have some things brewing in my head about nutrition...like always. I just really dig it. Want to incorporate some more new menus I have and get out of the same 'ol thing...even though I love routine. A lot of that will be relieved once the kid's are out of school and events simmer down a bit.
As the wise Notorious B.I.L said, "too much talk"!
Later.
