Messed up weather yesterday. Checked the weather at 6 am yesterday. Called for cloudy skies with rain in the afternoon. OK, ride after I drop the kids off at school, then house stuff. Out the door by 7:30 with the kids and it was raining...a lot. It continued to rain till about 10:30 or so. In the meantime I went to the gym for some stretching, lifting, and cardio. Ran some errands with Jen and Harper. Back home around 1:00 with partial sunny skies. It's like the weather people got it backwards.
On the bike by 1:45, (Salsa Fargo). Did a somewhat similar loop as Monday. Battled the wind and later the rain. Tossed on my Search and State jacket...still rocks! Turned towards home in time for the wind to die down...go figure.
2.5 hours, happy with that as I wrote the day off.
Not too sure on today yet. Work at noon. Either a run or bike, depends on some family factors. Clear skies and no wind...for now!
So it's set: Thursday Night Lights.
Meet at the Clearwater Coborn's parking lot at 7:00 pm, tomorrow...which is Thursday.
Plan on 3+ hours of gravel.
