I'm a bit beat, but in a good way. We just wrapped up our 6th Anniversary Sale at the shop! Yep 6 years already. It hasn't been easy but it's a labor of love so well worth it. The week prior to the sale and the week of the sale had us hopping all over getting things ready and what not. Plus the riding never takes a break! This morning I was thinking of the gym but when the alarm went off I was not having any of that...just gonna chill.
Friday: I did get out on the Nature Boy for 3 hours 15 minutes before work at 9.
Saturday: Brinna's 9th Birthday so I made Brinna pancakes and hung out in the morning before work. Work was awesomely busy! The family was in Hinkley so I had the night. I was dragging a bit from the heat and busy day but jumped on the Fargo for some night time action. Back home around 12:45 am for 4.5 hours. Usually I would struggle to fall asleep after a ride, but not this time...I was out.
Sunday: Met a lot of the boys from work for a 3 hour MTB ride before work. Mountain biking is definitely more fun with others. We all had a blast and put us in a great mood. You could tell is carried over to the day at work...should almost make a pre mtb ride mandatory!
This has left me tired but happy.
Thinking about the the Tuesday Night Road Ride tomorrow and then cruising the rest of the week till the Westside Dirty Benjamin on Saturday. Love that race.
