Moving On.

CanAm MTB race is done!  Went off without any issues.  Lots of great help made the event run smoothly.

I was beat yesterday after the race.  Actually fell asleep on the couch for a bit.  Was scheduled to work 4-8 but decided to hang witht the family.  I haven't been home much when they are this week.  My official day off, Sunday, I will be at the STC crit all day, so made sure we did some stuff together. 
Lunch and mall time.  Man I have girls...they spent forever in Claire's.  Harper and I snuck off and found the candy store.
While I made a dinner of salad (mostly from our garden) and Salmon, Jen brought Avery to the park to practice riding without training wheels.  She nailed it!  Super pumped for her.  Last year she didn't want to, but this year you could tell she really wanted it. 

I know, nothing too exctiting but it was a great day for me.  Thought about squeaking a ride in somewhere but just not worth it sometimes.

Up early for a ride before work this morning.  Maybe the same tomrrow before I have to be at the crit and play mechanic.
If you haven't been to a crit before come on down.  Racing starts around 11 and goes a good chunk of the day.  Great spectating...way better than the tour, which I guess starts today as well.
