Strap On The Skis.

Got out for a 1.5 hour ski yesterday morning before work.  Wow...nordic skiing is a good workout!  I also taped my ankle and that seems to help a lot.  Planning a couple more hours on Sunday.  Really want to ride but by lower and upper back are still revolting from the Tuscobia 150...with time.

If it works, the plan for next week is to pile on the hours of saddle time.  A bit more of the same the following week then it will be taper time.  Already!
