I'm a bit bummed, cause I miss riding. But truly surprised by my overall composure.
I am waiting till next week to start riding the trainer or run. Did some research on speeding up bone healing. Healthy diet, no smoking, and reduced booze intake are about it. Got it!
About the time I got my cast I scored this sweet new helmet from Giro. Bright colors are in! I'm all about this bandwagon.
