Couldn't Wait.

So I cheated. I couldn't wait to ride on New Years. Hit the trails on Sunday with some buds. A bit over two hours on the fat bike. I felt good as well as the hand!  Yes!

This was the motivation to finish up my new ti mukluk. I was over thinking the Hed wheels and tire installation. Turns out to be super easy. Currently running tubes, despite the trend going tubeless. 

Bike comes in at 26 lbs 9 oz without pedals. Not bad!

New Year's Day Fat Bike Ride at noon tomorrow. Meeting at the BP gas station in St. Augusta. 3ish hours?  TBD.
