Mush.

After a day with the kids I headed out to St. Joseph to meet up with Mark, Mark, John, and Corey. The original plan was 6 hours but I changed that to a 4.5 hour loop. Having just received almost 7" of snow I knew that would be tough. You never know till you start. 

Yep...it was soft. 

Almost immediately we stopped and let pressure out. Rolling on maybe 3 psi was the ticket. Wash outs still occurred but were minimized. No speed records were made last night. 

About an hour in the call was made to turn around. That particular section was horrible. As we made our way back the temp was dropping, helping to set up the trail. Part if me wanted to keep going but I knew blowing myself up wouldn't help me in a week.

Such is riding a fat bike!
