I started going back to the gym to strengthen up my stabilizing muscles around my right knee. It's missing the ACL and has been "giving out" more lately. With only riding I was all quad. Well apparently I haven't been going long enough for dodge ball. Yesterday afternoon at Kid Stop there was a staff/parent vs. kid dodge ball event. Jumping for a ball off to my right my knee did something it didn't like. I finished 3 games but back at home it got worse. Currently I'm reduces to a hobble. Great.
I'm guessing it's fine and just needs some down time, but hate when injuries toss a monkey wrench into my plans. Oh well, off day today I guess.
I'm off work tomorrow but we have family coming over. Still hoping for a ride of sorts. Sunday looks to be the nicest day. I work but not till noon so a ride hopefully will happen before hand.
