A Little of This and A Little of That.

Day two of tracking my calories is complete. I have a friend (just one) that told me about myfooddiary.com. It's pretty slick. It's amazing how fast calories add up. It's also amazing how many calories you can eat if you are active. We'll see how it goes on Friday.

Got an hour spin on the rollers this morning. Time flew by. It's funny how it always seems to be the case when I am on a time constraint. Oh well it was an hour and it was somewhat fun. Did the gym thing this evening too. I don't go the gym too often at night. Man the crowd is sure different and varied from the early morning crowd....lots of meat heads.

I hope to get a 3 hour ski in tomorrow before work. I am not sure if any grooming has been done but the few reports I heard was it was pretty good.

I also got word from a reliable source that there may be a 100 mile mtb ride in northern Wisconsin this early summer. I sure hope so...I'm all game.
