Still Crazy...

...but and end is near!
This weekend we celebrated Brinna's Firt Communion. I'm not going to get into how I feel about this, etc. Not the blog for it, in the past people got all pissy in the comment section (Religioun has a powerful grip on some), and really just not in the mood.
Because we were having people over on Sunday we spent a good time cleaning. OK Jen and her Mom did but I did some too, just not as much!
With the rain, cleaning, work on Saturday, the First Communion, and family coming over riding just didn't' happen this weekend. I did get to the gym Saturday morning and Sunday night, exciting...I know.
The skies did clear yesterday afternoon but I told Jen and her mom to go for a ride and I'd hang with he kids. It was Jen's first ride of the year and first ride on her new Cannondale Carbon Synapse 3! Both had a good time.
Today I left the house around 6:20 and got a 4 hour 15 minute ride in. Didn't hit any gravel, too wet and I'm sick of cleaning bikes. I felt pretty good and had a real casual, fun ride.
I'm off to Brinna's concert at school soon, then to work, then off to find my kids (not sure where they will be, Jen's at a Twins game). Tuesday is the group ride. Wednesday is my Dad's retirement party, Thursday I have a short day, Friday is the Kid's Apple, and Saturday in the big Apple. Go!
