Must Be Summer.

Too much to do this time of year! But it's all good, can't believe it's almost mid June...already. So once again I'll play the catch up game.

Tuesday:
With record heat and ridiculous winds (again) we still ventured out out for our group ride. Only 7 started and 5 finished. At the start the pace was hard and I was feeling it. So naturally I got pissed and tried to find a happy place or just any place but the ride. That would pass and the ride turned out to be pretty fun. A lot of my snap and duration were off but hoping that was the heat.

Wednesday:
Wanted to do a recovery ride of a couple hours. But the wind and lots of road construction had a different idea of about 3.5 hours. Rode the Ti Salsa. It's been awhile so I had a blast riding it. So much in fact that I am now riding it in this weekends Dirty Benjamin instead of the single speed All City Nature Boy.

Thursday:
Brinna's 8th Birthday! Short shift at work 8-noon. So gym, work, then it was off to the the MOA and some lunch at American Girl Doll Bistro. It was actually pretty good and tasty. After that it was on to the rides. Time flew by and it was time to go home. Back home at 10 with everyone pretty tired.

Today I'm making pancakes and just chilling with the family before work. Thought I'd ride about an hour to spin the legs, etc. but not feeling it so just some hang out time before work.

Dirty Benjamin tomorrow. Looking over this years attendants it's going to be more of a suffer fest this year. Looking to hang out behind Jimmy and loving life.
