Sometimes I listen, not to myself, but to others.
Today is one of those days.
I know it's cold and windy out but I'm excited. This is the weather I have been waiting for to test myself and gear for the Arrowhead. But I'm fighting a head cold (not bad, but don't want it to be) and a sore neck.
So my wife and Kyia (via Twitter!) convinced me to chill.
Well I am still going to ride, but not the 100 miles I had planned...that's postponed till next week!
So pour some more coffee and catch up on Sports Center.
