Back At It...and Pulling the Almanzo Plug.

Today I head back to work after 5 days off.  I do have a very light schedule the next week too.  Super big thanks to all the guys at the shop.
I'm pretty excited to get back to it at the shop.  I miss that place and the guys.  I will miss being home too.  Ah, such is life.

Also got out for a 3 hour ride today.  Being a bit out of routine, and being up with a baby (not nearly as much as Jen) had be a bit sluggish getting out the door.  I battled the wind and several times almost let it beat me...but I pushed on.  That magic hour mark hit and I was feeling it again!  Good to be back on the bike.  I did lift yesterday, the body is feeling it today!  That made warming up longer.  But overall it was a great ride.

Well it's official: I'm pulling out of the Almanzo/Royal 162.  Between the shop and family life it's just too hectic.  I'm pretty bummed as many of the people at these rides I only get to see "at these rides".  But happy with my choice at the same time.  Next time!
