Buckle Up.

Oh boy, this week is going to fly by...hell the rest of the month is going to.  Nice weather makes work real busy!  Sweet!  I'm still playing catch up a bit from working part time the past two weeks.
Trying to sneak in rides is going to be a trick but I think I've got it figured out.  It's when what I have figured out in my head doesn't mesh with what actually happens...I freak out.  So far so good, yeah I know, it's only Tuesday.
Last night I raced home from work, said hi to the family as they left for swimming lessons, and headed to the North Loop.  All the mud is gone!  It's riding great.  I felt awesome on the trails.  Just one of those days.  But in the back of my mind was stuff I needed to get done at home, namely water the garden...looking thirsty.  So two laps was enough.
Had to get home to get stuff done and ready for a friend to come over.  We were going to talk life insurance, etc.  I know, blah.  But figure I should.  Problem is insurance companies don't like to give life insurance to those that are recovering alcoholics.  They like to jack the premiums way up.  Four years sober this July.  I guess five or six years is what they look for.  We'll see what they come back with.  Yeah I know...exciting.

Tuesday Night Road Ride tonight after work.  I'm ready and excited.  Should be fun!

Friday I work all day, then out to Little Falls to play bike mechanic for an event till 8.  Wake up Saturday morning at 5 to play bike mechanic for a YMCA River Ride event till 1 or so then go to work.  I'm gonna be one tired boy.  I mean I'm 36 after all!

May is going to be gone quickly.  I'm trying to find a time to sneak in my team CRC 100 miler for the month.  Finding a chunk of time is the tricky part.  Maybe Wednesday...then again, maybe not.

Riveting post, I know.

Later.
