Silence.

Last week got away from me and not much was said here...almost a week since the last post!

Sickness was the them for the week.  I dealt with a head cold early on in the week.  Then Thursday and Friday Brinna stayed home form school with a high temp.  Saturday and Sunday it was Avery's turn.  She's staying home from school today as well.  So naturally, this changed things.

I had planned on 8 hours of riding this weekend.  That turned into an hour at the gym and a 2 hour ride.  Didn't totally freak out and mope around the house either!
The ride was a blast.  Met up with Brian at his place.  We took the fat bikes out on several lakes, swamps, and whatnot.  Fun riding on new terrain.  The wind and sleet/snow picked up pelting our faces on the way home...got ridiculous at times!
The rest of the day was spent stoking the fire, shoveling, chilling, and not much of anything. 
Kind of a fun Sunday.
