Well try as I may I wasn't able to stop the inevitable onslaught of the head cold I felt coming on. Blah. So it's gallons of water to flush this out. I've said it before but it bares repeating: I'm a baby when sick. Can I go back to bed?
Had a gym day yesterday. Elliptical and lifting. Nothing crazy. Guessing a gym day again today. Getting a little burnt on the gym, but with time constraints it's the best I've got. May hit the treadmill...sweat the cold out.
Then Wednesday and Thursday will be some Fat Bike riding. Trails are killer.
