Really?

Since I last posted all kinds of chaos has happened.

Friday afternoon I went to the Dr. to see about my dizziness.  Turns out I have pneumonia.  Sweet.  I did score a shot in the ass that felt like a fast ball low and inside.

 

Undeterred and no smarter Jimmy and I rolled down Saturday morning to watch part of the MN State CX Championships.  Fun times and awesome group of people.  Can't wait for next year.  We only stuck around a couple hours.  Damn it was cold.

 

Sunday it had snowed a bit and still coming down.  I bundled up all three kids, tied the sled to the Fat Bike and hit the streets!

 

They loved it as did I!  Was super stoked to be out riding, even if it was just around the block.  I found some mitts that fit my cast and the Ergon grips with bar ends helped a lot!  But yeah that whole pneumonia thing.  Need to keep it easy.
Later that day we planned to get our Christmas Tree.  The van didn't start.  Couldn't find the jumper cables.  Keys to remove the cargo box on the Subaru where missing.  Ahhhhh!

All is good now but man did I freak out.
Laying pretty low this week.  I go in next Tuesday to see about this cast.  Hate to get it off but have pneumonia keep me down. So just laying around growing into my relaxed fit pants.  God don't let them turn into skinny jeans.

The healthy food thing has be still going on but not without some nuggets of holiday sweets too.  Man this is a tough time a year for a guy who seemingly has lost all will power.
