Since Sunday's Fatbike ride I've done nothing. I'm trying not to freak but a few days off and it gets to me. Really, since the start of school it's been hard for me to find a groove. Mornings are so busy getting kids up, ready, and dropped off at school and daycare that I really don't have much time for my morning routine. I think it may be time to head back to the gym, which has been since April. I could get up real early, like 4:00, but that leaves me so tired it just doesn't seem worth it or helpful. Evenings are filled with kid activities, work, family time, or just being shot. This is the most I've struggled to find a routine that works. I've been told numerous times as the kids age it only gets worse. So I know to brace myself but damn!
I have been sticking to a better diet. I'm not doing anything crazy just all around healthy eating, which we usually do, it's just the additions that get me!
So I just need to stick with the healthy eating and jumping on the bike when I can.
It's all good.
Tomorrow I will have exciting news, for me at least.
