Yesterday, early afternoon, I headed over to my folks place to help spilt wood. They had a huge oak tree taken down as the center was starting to rot. Four hours later we finished. The sun had come out and the wind was minimal. I had the opportunity to ride but man was I beat up from playing lumberjack!
Instead I went to watch the girls at gymnastics and help Jen unload the van at Tech High School. Then it was dinner and a little NCAA basketball. Maybe I'll start riding this weekend, if the snow storm misses us. We are on the edge. Nonetheless, Monday is go time!
This pile was also 7' high. One tree produces lots of wood!
