Last One.

Last weigh in.
Starting Weight: 198
Last Week: 185
Today: 183

Good enough for me. I can almost guarantee that I will not keep all the weight off, or maybe I will. I am not going to run through a day "hungry"! So there we go, project lose weight was a success.

Off from work today. I hope to get some big hours outside today. I am leaning towards all biking and no skiing. I will ski this weekend.
